Your Dog's Story or Bio
We were rescued together by Dachshund Rescue of South Florida from a home in North Florida in 2014 where we spent much of our time in a cage. Our coats were matted and we had many pressure sores on our bodies. We were fostered by Robert and John and soon adopted by them. We joined a household that already had two Dachshunds (short haired) both of whom are older than we are (they are 18 and 16). We enjoy the south Florida sun and spend our days eating, sleeping on our backs and rolling in the yard around our pool. We have both gained weight in our new home and get along quite well, for the most part, with the two other rescued Dachshunds in the household. We hope you like our picture.
