Gorgeous Frieda, was a stray in Olympia Washington who was one day from being euthanized at the shelter!! Enter a Seattle area rescue group, People United For Pets who pulled her at the last minute. We had just lost our nearly 19 year old rescue Doxie Sweetie, so my husband was searching on Petfinder for the next doxie we would save.
We applied, were accepted, met her & it was love at first sight for all 3 of us.
She is a very spirited girl, very smart & also known as the Fun Police & Frantic Frieda Drama Queen. She's a Daddy's girls ( after all he found her & was the first one to greet her as the foster parents took her from her crate.) We still can't believe no one wanted her, but know it was because she was meant to be part of our family!!
