Your Dog's Story or Bio
Chili came in to my life as a 7-year-old, obese and abused foster dog. With an instant connection he won my heart and I adopted him. A few months later his disc ruptured (from being 20 lbs overweight before rescue) leaving him paralyzed and with a variety of fatal medical conditions. We were told he would never walk again but persevered with physical therapy, acupuncture, hydrotherapy and lots of love. Now almost 14 years old (his birthday falls during this contest!), Chili remains my partner in crime. After all we've been through, there's nothing we can't handle together.
