Your Dog's Story or Bio
Junior (formerly know as Dillon) was rescued in December 2013 by DRSF after his previous owners left him at the pound because they could no longer care for him. The moment we saw him we knew we wanted this little senior, but we wanted him to choose us. So we signed up to volunteer during his quarantine period and then became his foster parents. He had separation anxiety initially, but quickly adjusted becoming trusting of us as we cared for him. He is very sweet and social. It did not take long for him to adjust and become part of our family. We officially adopted him January 14 2014. It was the best decision we made after we lost our previous doxie, Frankie, at 15 years of age. Everyone loves Junior! Please vote for him!
