Your Dog's Story or Bio
Gus, who was originally given the name Panda, was adopted back in July 2022 from DRSF. He was one of twelve dogs flown over from Puerto Rico in June 2022. He has enjoyed the past two years traveling the US with his human mom and mini schnauzer sister Gertie when not at the beach in SC. He loves the mountains and air conditioning and is currently spending the summer in Canada and the pacific northwest to get away from the heat. When DRSF rescued him he had been leaving on the streets, had worms, was missing fur on his back and tails, wasn't house trained and had a head tilt. He still has his permanent head tilt but is healthy and so happy. He has turned into the sweetest, cuddliest little guy. He is living his best life and is so loved!!
