I was lucky enough to rescue this handsome, hazel-eyed, nugget of joy from SFDR in November of 2022 after I lost my 15 year old dachshund, the Wein. Frank is legit the friendliest pup; all of those that meet him, just adore him. He has not just become the office mascot but also the neighborhood mascot. Just look at the love in his eyes!
