My tiny friend has always been a sassy soul and has never left my side.

Sadly, a couple months ago she was attacked and suffered from life-threatening injuries. This included the amputation of her right arm. Melly was in critical condition and was given a very slim chance of survival. Through several surgeries, months of 24/7 care, and Melly’s willingness to live we are happy to say our girl has made a full recovery. A true survivor that knew her “humans” still needed her to show them how this life is truly a blessing.

She really is my soulmate and the best dog anyone could ever ask for.
