Chloe is a DRSF alum from the class of 2015 and two-time IVDD dominator! Despite being paralyzed twice and having two separate IVDD surgeries on her neck and back, Chloe is the spunkiest (and bossiest) 16 year old doxie you'll ever meet! Although we swore to DRSF that we wouldn't be foster failures, this little girl immediately stole our hearts and landed in her forever home with us. Chloe has severe OCD, but we have embraced that little quirk about her. Everyone in our home has been instructed (by Chloe) that toys must be put back in their designated spot, breakfast and dinner must be served at 7:00 sharp, and that all guests must play fetch immediately upon entry.
