I'm Laika, a DRSF '16 Alum, I was Gertrude then. I am living the life here in Melbourne, almost 2 years now. I have 4 canine siblings and they know who's the boss. Me. My favorite time is sunning myself on the patio or out on the grass. I am slowing down a little more, this old girl is getting older. Can't manage the ramp to the bed anymore but my humans are well trained now. Surprised them recently by running up one day...there was pepperoni pizza. A girl has to eat!

My mom says that old pups are the best. I'm only 14 now. Many good years ahead thanks to the angels here at DRSF who saved me. Shout out to my foster mom Miss Jen. Best foster mom ever.
