Your Dog's Story or Bio
When we saw Bonzer's picture on the Dachshund Rescue website, it was love at first sight. His name was originally Spinks and he was 8 weeks old. When we picked him up he immediately fell in love with us. Bonzer is one year old now and a graduate of puppy, intermediate, and advanced dog training classes. Bonzer did have a rough beginning to 2017. He had an intestinal blockage from swallowing a palm tree nut and had emergency surgery to remove it. He is doing well, but has a four inch scar on his abdomen. Bonzer is the sweetest, cutest, funniest and most loveable dog we ever had,
