About Us

Crosswinds Equine Rescue (aka CWER) is a 501c3 charity Illinois corporation, receiving our 501c3 in 2003. We have helped approximately 100 horses on our facility during this time, and hundreds more that we helped find homes without ever coming to our facility. We focus upon training and finding the right career for each horse, then matching a suited human to the horse.
