Chips is a Staffordshire Bull Terrier/Border Collie mix adopted from the Border Collie rescue. Black and white seems to be all he got from his Border Collie mother. He is sweet, gentle, and loves all people and dogs. Also is obviously patient and indulgent of his owner, who like martinis.
