A little about me...
Fred was adopted from the Central Texas spca on Bagdad in September of 2019. Our vet believes he is a Chihuahua/Chinese Crested mix because of his bald head and belly and strange teeth. He is the best boy and has been a great friend to my husband and I until my husband passed in April of this year. Since then he has been my ride or die. I love him so much and he’s always by my side.
