Your Pet's Story or Bio
Cooper was rescued from the side of a highway in Trinidad, CO along with his sister. Mom and the rest of the litter where nowhere to be found, so he came to Colorado Puppy Rescue where we met him in July of 2014. Coop was actually the third dog we looked at at CPR, but he stole our hearts and we knew we had to bring him home. Now his days are filled with hikes, swimming, rolling in the snow, elk antlers and tons of love. The children's book "Ferdinand the Bull" is the story of our Coop..... Big, gentle, mellow, friend to everyone who'd rather stop and smell the flowers than fight any day.
