My little miss Luna was found with her siblings roaming the streets of Taos, New Mexico. I have lost many best-fur-friends in my life and a year before the day Luna and I were destined to be a family, I lost my doxie, Roxie. She was bequeathed to me by my mother, my best-human- friend, who had passed on a year earlier.
Within the first few minutes of meeting with this little black beauty, she peed on my dress and THAT was the moment I knew she had "CHOSEN" me to be her furever Mommy.
Our life together started when she was just two months old. In May, we will be celebrating her 2nd Birthday! She is a loving, playful and curious sweetie. She keeps me going, reminding everyday that life is in the NOW and LOVE is boundless and never ending.
