A little about me...
Izzie is an enthusiastic 12 year old American Staffordshire Terrier and Boxer mix. Rescued at 6 months from the 'burbs of Detroit, she is now living a quieter life in the countryside of Watertown, WI.
Izzie has both her Canine Good Citizen and Community Canine certifications. She is an A+ student when her harness is on but a wild child once her work is done! Getting older hasn't slowed her down much, she still enjoys doing zoomies in the yard, digging holes in the garden and jumping as high as she can to catch water spraying from the hose! She enjoys going on sniffaris with her foster dog friends, and spending mommy's life savings on surgeries. On lazy days, she can be found lounging in the sun or snuggling up for story time with her human brother. Don't let that smile fool you. She is a thief of peanut butter toast, breakfast sausages and hearts. We say her only downfall is she gives TOO MANY kisses! To know her is to love her.
