Fun Facts about my pet:
The Tribble showed up on our Baltimore rowhouse porch one winter night when it was 9 degrees out. I somehow coaxed him inside. His long hair was completely matted and we later learned he’d been hit by a car and had a diaphragmatic hernia. Our vet didn’t expect him to live 6 months. That was nine years ago. He continues to exceed expectations. When we first spotted him in our neighborhood, my neighbor Sara called him The Tribble because he looked like one of those furry critters on Star Trek. The name stuck and we’re so grateful for what’s turned out to be many years with the little furball. I support CHS in memory of my cousin Jerre Arthur of Newington. She had an ever-growing and much loved pet family.
