Murphy serves an important role within the Eau Claire Police Department. He provides comfort to people during times of crisis; this includes individuals, groups, City of Eau Claire personnel and communities impacted by violence, tragedy or traumatic events.

In addition to his comfort work, we receive several requests for Murphy to visit. Murphy frequently attends community events and has quickly become a popular ambassador for our agency thanks to his loving manner and spunky attitude.
