Otto was found in Modesto, he was 7 weeks old and the cutest puppy ever! Otto has had quite the journey, when he was just a puppy he was eating rocks and broke most of his baby teeth. Otto is almost one year old, he may be missing 6 teeth but he’s the most perfect boy ever
