A little about me...
Luke is our smart, sensitive, and soulful rescue pup! He’s overcome a lot of challenges in his eight years Earthside: separation anxiety, epilepsy, an attack by another dog, and more.

Today, he is a happy & loved canine family member. Luke holds several AKC trick dog titles, is an accomplished AKC scent work trial dog, plays Agility at Barks and Rec., and is dipping his toes into the world of Rally this year!

Perhaps most important of all, Luke helps us advocate for animal rescue & welfare, more humane training methods, and responsible pet ownership. When the COVID-19 pandemic left us with lots of spare time and togetherness, I decided to start fostering for Cherryland Humane Society. Luke has been a patient role model for over 19 dogs and puppies from CHS, and one from Little Traverse Bay Humane Society. Plus, he’s the very best brother to his doggy siblings, Tito and Mabel!
