Meet Alvin! We rescued Alvin in December 2023 from Doxie by Proxy. His age was guessed to be between 10-12 years. We listened to Alvin and the Chipmunks quite a bit last Christmas!!
When we first met him, he was severely underweight. According to the vet, he had one of the worst cases of dental disease they had ever seen. Despite this condition, Alvin was as spunky and energetic as ever. The vet said it would take a while to get him to a normal weight. Well, he is finally there and we are actually having to cut back a little on his food intake now. He is still a spunky little guy and loves people and animals. He prances around the neighborhood and makes people smile wherever he goes.
His nickname is Lucky Alvin!
