A little about me...
Does anyone remember Captain Lovin'? He came to the CASPCA via the Greenbrier Emergency Animal Hospital on Thanksgiving Day in 2015. He & his litter mates had been trying to stay warm under the hood of a car when the owner unknowingly started the engine. All of the kittens escaped ... except for one. His leg was caught & badly mangled. Upon arrival at the shelter, Dr. Scheller amputated his front right leg & he went home with another staffer to recuperate. In January, his story was posted & he was almost ready for adoption. The staffer who had been taking care of him asked if I would "foster" him for just a little while knowing full well that he would never leave my house. It only took a few days for the decision to be made & a few weeks for my two cats to fully accept him as one of the crew!
