Your Pet's Story or Bio / What Makes Them Unique
Portillo was given up by his original owners to their friends. He was later found wandering the streets of a town in southern South Carolina. He was not claimed by anyone after being found and has since made his way up to Charlotte, NC. where I am fostering (and very likely keeping) in coordination with the ASPCA. He was emaciated and had fleas and bites when we took him in almost a week ago and is now all cleaned up and gaining weight!!
