When I first saw Melia at the SPCA, I fell in love. I was warned that she was shy, and could act out aggressively from fear. When she walked over to me and sat in my lap, I knew I had found my new best friend. With training and lots of love, she's become the sweetest, most affectionate little nugget. We still have work to do to help her get over her fears that come from being a little stray dog in a big world, but she has brought me so much joy and I will do anything I can to help her get more comfortable and gain confidence. Thank you SPCA for fostering this sweet little pup until it was time for me to find her!
