Your Pet's Story or Bio / What Makes Them Unique
When I first met Avery, she was a 5-week-old puppy who was covered in fleas, full of worms, and sitting in a truck bed on a hot day with no water. Even though I was busy moving into a new house and wasn't planning on getting a dog (much less house-breaking one!), I couldn't possibly leave her in that condition. Luckily, for both of us, her owners were giving her away for free. Six years later, she is now a happy, healthy, funny, and sassy girl who loves all tennis balls and all people. She knows many tricks, including "kiss" and "high-five," which are our kids' favorites. When she wants to play, she lets us know by nudging us with her toy(s) - sometimes up to four at a time in her mouth! She has the biggest, brightest smile of any dog I've seen, and our family wouldn't be the same without her.
