Rules

Upload photos directly to photo contest site by clicking ENTER CONTEST, and participants donate for votes where $1 = 1 vote. There is a $5 entry fee donation.
Begin fundraising! Online voting makes this international so make sure all your friends and family join in the fun! Don’t forget to post your entry on social media. In addition, if you know of a business that would like to purchase an ad in the calendar, those donations will be added to your pet’s total! Information regarding advertising is below.

The contest will begin on Saturday May 29, 2021 at 9am and end on Saturday July 24, 2021 at 9pm. If not self loading to the contest website, pet photos must be submitted to CPHS with the entry fee and form below to be loaded to the contest website.
