Under the pressure of water, young men still show their youthful great energy.
In 2019, I enjoyed Myanmar Water Festival, which was the most expected celebration of Burmese people, taking place to celebrate the New Year party annually. I spent 4 days, immersed in this event, and have felt the beauty of the water, the joy of playing with water, the wave of people dancing, singing and splashing water on each other as a part of ritual cleansing for New Year. The water festival was not able to take place in 2020 because of the outbreak of Covid-19 disease. This year, the military rebellion pushed the country into a state of emergency. When can I return to Myanmar and attend the water festival?
