Wellity (Well-Being + Equity) Education partners with schools to help every child strengthen their mental and emotional health. More than ever, students need tools to relieve stress and find calm. Teachers use our curriculum to empower students with real-time strategies to manage their emotions.

One third grade teacher said, “My students need emotional regulation tools now, more than ever. Since I started using Wellity Education’s mindfulness curriculum, my students are able to pause, breathe, and calm themselves during the day. All kids need these tools.”
