Such a STRESSED CAT!! NOT NOW!

Max (was Phineus) was adopted last February. He came to CASPCA from a kill shelter in SW VA. We fell in love with his long fur and fluffy tail (after having Balinese and Angora kitties). Max is very proud of his tail!! Max had no problem making himself at home with us and his older Tonkinese sister Lila- taking over all of the sofas - and showing us his tummy!! Really a delightful, friendly guy - who wants to be near his humans all the time. Although sometimes Lila would like him to leave her alone. They have come to a nice agreement on when to play and when to leave alone.

At first, he was hesitant to go out onto our screened porch, but now happily goes out with us. Just last week, he charmed my neighborhood book club ladies by greeting them at the front door, escorting them to the screened porch, and rubbing against the legs of the ones who own cats. He's a perfect butler!!

We won the kitty lottery when we adopted Max from CASPCA!! He brings us joy each and every day! THANK YOU!!
