Ricky was rescued originally from Houston, before arriving at the Charlottesville SPCA.. He's the sweetest boy and cannot be close enough to his people. He is loved at the dog park, and everyone knows his name. When he’s not playing with his friends, he’s hanging his head upside down off the couch.
