Wilson came into our lives suddenly and unexpectedly, and since he joined our family, life has been crazy, but our hearts are full.
Our family lost Roark, our beloved Chocolate Lab 2 years ago. There was a lot of change happening in our lives at the time, and we moved to a new home. I (mom) didn't quite feel ready for a new dog or pup, but the kids (ages 9, 11, 13) longed for a new furry companion. Random Row Brewing Co. reposted a littler of pups available at the Charlottesville Albemarle SPCA, as all of the pups were named after local breweries. Mom saw the post, and being a beer lover and part owner at Random Row Brewing, took this as a sign. Decipher and Bald Top were left, and mom dropped kids at soccer and a birthday party, and secretly went to visit the pups. Well, one pup - Decipher - was left. He was the sweetest tempered little guy. Mom brought the kids to see Decipher, and the rest is history. Decipher - now Wilson - has filled our home with chaos, and joy, and we're so grateful we found him, and he found us - his forever home and family!
