Pet's Story or Bio
We rescued Trigger (Aka Drake) in March from the Charlottesville SPCA. He’s been the perfect addition to our family of 4. He has a 12 year old beagle sister Remington, who tolerates his puppy shenanigans and two human brothers, Cooper and Connor who love to play and wrestle. Trigger’s hobbies include stealing mom’s socks, eating books from his brothers’s room, trying to persuade his big sister Remington to play, and sleeping under the covers in bed.

We recently lost our 2nd dog Ruger in December of 2023 at 14. We also rescued him at 8 years old from the SPCA (Jimmy). We were so sad to lose him. Fast forward to adopting Trigger and more and more we feel that Ruger sent him to us and he was meant to be ours. He has similar mannerisms and behaviors to our Ruger like laying on mom’s shoulders and climbing on the table. We absolutely love him and the joy he brings us!
