Nolan was rescued from Carolina Waterfowl Rescue in November 2015 by his pyrents, Daniel and Lauren. Nolan was originally found as a stray running along a highway north of Durham, NC and had bounced between several different foster homes before being rescued and listed for adoption by Jennifer Gordon of CWR.

Nolan is the light of our lives and brings joy to all wherever he goes. He enjoys naps, his girlfriend Annie, digging holes in the backyard, barking after 12 AM, and meatball treats from his Nana. He accompanies his parents almost everywhere they go and thrives on socializing with any and every human he meets. Nolan dislikes UPS trucks, motorcycles, thunderstorms, selfies, and dogs that do not respect the speed limit at the dog park. Woof!
