Skylight was adopted at the age of 1. He had seizures and was scheduled to be euthanized by his first family. A vet tech stop the procedure and got him into rescue. We had just lost our male pyr and wanted to help another that might not be adopted due to his illness. After a year of care, Skylight became seizure-free without any meds. We had always adopted adults pyrs so it was time for a puppy. Chevy joined our family at 8 weeks of age and Skylight found his calling of being a Dad.
