Pyr’s Bio
Trooper came to Rescue on 10/6/14. He was found as a stray and was being held in a kennel at a police station in PA. We were contacted and took him in to Rescue. He was not in the best shape. Very thin, dirty and matted., but one of the sweetest Pyrs we've ever had in Rescue. In honor of the 2 Pennsylvania State Troopers who were ambushed at their barracks one of whom was killed the other seriously injured just a few weeks before, and those who contacted us, we named him Trooper. He has found a loving forever home and has a Pyr sister named Skye. The photo was taken the day he came to Rescue.
