Harlee Quinn is a happy girl who is always smiling. She was rescued from a puppy mill and loves to play with and care for her ‘babies’ (stuffies). Every day is Mother’s Day for this sweet potato! Choosing one pic of this gorgeous girl is almost impossible but we love to support local shelters and figured this contest might keep us from rescuing another family member for a short time at least. HQ has 5 family members from Cara’s House and 2 from different local shelters.
