Louie was surrendered at 4 weeks as he has cerebellar hyperplasia (cerebral palsy). Louie does just about everything another dog does, although it is all wibbly wobbly! He is a happy, vibrant, brave boy who is afraid of nothing. He loves people, and will play with any dog of any size.
