Pet's Story or Fun Facts
We had been looking for a small dog to adopt for months, and ran across JoJo's picture on the BV SPCA website. It barely capture his cuteness, and when I drove down to New Castle and saw him in person, I thought "Oh my goodness, he is literally the world's cutest dog!" We could not take him home that day because he was sick, so when we could finally go down again and take him home, I cried when I was able to take him in my arms! He is our dream come true!
