Penelope came from the Appalachian Mountain's and our family fostered her. Penelope was so adorable, silly, and perfect for our family so we just had to adopt her. That is why we call her permanent Penelope, because after fostering 20+ dogs, she was the one that had to stay with us, we couldn’t let her go.
