I have worked on the same street for over a year, seeing Fleetwood outside with his owner everyday. One day while at work, I saw Fleetwood being taken by animal control due to his owner passing away. I immediately tracked him down and found that he was at the BVSPCA. Fleetwood joined our family the first day his hold was removed!
