Pet's Story or Bio
Oscar was born on November 18th, 2020 during the Pandemic Year! I went to personally pick Oscar up in Strasbourg Pennsylvania. I adopted him when he was 8 weeks old in January 2021. Oscar is a happy puppy, loves other dogs and people! He is definitely the definition of a man (and woman!)'s best friend! He is 4 pounds (1.7 KG) and is healthy and joyful. During the first year of his life he had a lot of health issues but he is now happy and healthy!
