BPW/PA is a statewide organization of 1000+ members in 45 local organizations and 11 districts throughout the state. BPW/PA is a leading advocate for working women in our state. We work on all issues that touch women's lives and careers.
Organized in 1919, the Pennsylvania Federation (BPW/PA) is one of the Charter Members of the National Federation of Business and Professional Women's Clubs, Inc. Our organization was one of the first women's organizations to formally endorse the Equal Rights Amendment in 1937, and we have led the drive for ratification ever since.
BPW/PA District 3 is comprised of local organizations in Greater Pittsburgh, Greensburg, Latrobe, Ligonier Valley, McKeesport and Scottdale.

BPW/PA has selected Tails of Valor, Paws of Honor (TOV) as a statewide project for the 2022-2023 club year. TOV’s mission is to provide rehabilitation through non-medicinal therapies by training service canines for Veterans suffering from PTS (Post-Traumatic Stress), TBI (Traumatic Brain Injury) and Physical Disabilities. TOV provides struggling Veterans with trained companions who aid and assist in their daily routines, improving their quality of life.
