Dakota was rescued from the City of Hartford Animal Shelter located in Hartford, CT. She was running the streets of Hartford for weeks before they finally were able to catch her. Once she was caught she was skinny and hungry and did not trust humans. Over time she has learned to trust and love us and now is a spoiled brat :-)
