Pet's Story or Bio
Meet Rocky! We adopted Rocky about 2 1/2 years ago, knowing that he had some vision problems, but not knowing or expecting him to be so very loving and loyal. Because it was thought that his vision problems could be causing him distress and headaches, we took him to a specialist. The specialist recommended removal of one of the eyes and did a vision test on the other eye. His site was minimal at best. The surgery was a success and Rocky is doing quite well these days! He Knows his way around the house, the backyard and most of the neighborhood by sniffing and being cautious with only the occasional bump or misstep! He gets daily walks from his Nana and loads of love from the rest of the family. He considers himself a lap dog and will force his way up like it or not!! Content to stay on your lap for the duration of a movie unless it happens to contain a barking dog or a beeping horn!!
