Pet's Story or Bio
Maverick is a 5 year old pittie that is quite the ham! He lives with his mom, 3 furry sisters and a human sister. He loves to wrestle with his sister Nutmeg and is never without his blue ball. We are very lucky to have Maverick with us, because at 6 months of age he was diagnosed with a ventricular arrhythmia and given a 50% chance to see his second birthday. We have certainly had a few scares, but Maverick is out here living his best life daily. He’s a great ambassador for the breed and has won the hearts of all that have met him. His cardiologist and regular vet fawn over him regularly and he’s gotten quite the ego. He’s also convinced he’s a little dog and can often be found sitting on someone’s lap or curled up into a tiny pink dog bed.
