Olive is straight out of Compton (but literally)
I got her from the South LA Shelter in February of 2020 right before the pandemic. She was found on the street with puppies and when I picked her up from her spay surgery the day after signing her adoption papers, they said that she was pregnant again and they had given her an abortion.
She was terrified, covered in flee bites, still lactating, and her hair was super rough and dirty. As a native New Yorker, I ended up bringing her back to NYC when the pandemic hit and she is now an NYC queen!
She is so sweet, soulful, and loving. She is still fearful and shy but she also thinks she's a dinosaur who can fight trucks, etc. Fun fact: She has a thing for big dogs, especially huskies. She's hilarious and quite the character!
