Peaches is absolutely one of a kind! True to the Dalmatian heritage, she loves to grin, ear to ear, showing all of her teeth. Although she may look like she’s snarling, she’s actually giving you a sneak peak of her goofy personality and showing you her amazing smile! Anytime she’s in trouble, she flashes her pearly whites to distract us, and it always works.

When it comes to play time, Peaches explodes with excitement. Her favorite thing to play with, are these small squeaky dog toys. On a regular basis, she’ll not only play fetch with us, but also herself, too. She’ll end up throwing and kicking the balls, all over the house, to keep the game going. To make it more fun, we’ve bought over a dozen of these balls, for her to randomly hide and bring out, when she’s ready for playtime.

At home, Peaches has multiple cat and human siblings, whom she will randomly play with and chase around. Her true partner in crime, is her little sister, Olivia- a miniature golden doodle. The two of them together, are double trouble, always.

This summer, there are plans to make Peaches the ultimate doggy playplace, at our home in Berea. Dalmatians are a very active breed of dog, and she is no exception. She has long stretches of energy, and loves to create mischief, anywhere she can. With her families schedules, almost always allowing someone to be at home, she has become the ultimate “velcro dog.”

When we adopted Peaches, it was not a planned thing. As a child, I grew up with my grandma having a Dalmatian, and I have wanted one ever since. I have spoken very openly about one day having one, but with no real time line or plan. It was a random coincidence that we ended up with our girl. However, she has brought so much life to this family. Very few people ever get to see a Dalmatian, and whenever we take her in public, everyone loves to say hi to her. Our whole family, kids included, makes it a point, to tell anyone we can about our sweet girl. Our families and friends now surprise us with Dalmatian trinkets, whenever they can, and it’s such a sweet little tribute to the best doggo in town. It’s gone so far, that our family has even gift us a toilet brush holder, in the shape of a Dalmatian. 😂😂
