Cecelia was saved by BRBR at the end of June. She was a stray who loved to howl. She used to be called Wynona because of her beautiful (loud) singing voice. She loves to steal my spot on the couch and the food from my plate. She is sweet and lovable and cuddly and all I could have ever asked for in a dog.
