Wiggins was an adored foster of Anne & Sara. He had issues from his past that he could not overcome but he was loved beyond words and in his last 10 months with us he ruled his world and ours :)
Wiggy went to the bridge with his two Moms holding him after he ate like the King he was...He will never be forgotten and he is irreplaceable to me.
