This year has been a difficult for one for sweet Darlene, who has been my adopted Belly Rubs girl for over a year now. She suffered a broken pelvis in March but got through due to her awesome spirit and dedication. She celebrated full recovery with a basset birthday party in September where all her basset buddies came to play with her at a local park. Darlene has put up with four foster brothers and sisters this year with incredible patience. I love this sweetheart.
